1. Returns

Non-returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
2. Exchange
Not happy with the size or color? We’ve got you covered:

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible:

- Confirmation: Once we receive your return or exchange, we’ll notify you and process your request right away.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We work hard to make sure every item is perfect, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right with an exchange, replacement (with free shipping), or full refund—your choice.
