At Hello Swanky, we want you to love everything you order. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We offer a simple and hassle-free return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any stains, odors, perfume, sweat, smoke, or body smell.
    All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Unboxing Proof: Customers must record an unboxing video and share it with us to be eligible for returns.

2. Exchange

Not happy with the size or color? We’re here to help:

  • Exchange Window: Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please act quickly to secure your preferred size or color.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as all Hello Swanky products are custom-made.

5. How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@helloswanky.com with your order ID and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will share return/exchange instructions with you.

  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.

    • Backward shipping cost must be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  4. Confirmation: Once we receive the item, we’ll notify you and process your request promptly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including free shipping, based on your preference.
