Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
If your order has already been shipped, it can only be cancelled after the product is returned to us.

Refund Details
Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made before shipping.

Partial Refund
If the product has been shipped and returned to us in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
Shipping charges and any payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
